Community Restrictions List

Find out where fireworks are allowed in New Hampshire.

According to RSA-160-C:6, fireworks restrictions may be implemented at the local level, which may be stricter than those observed by state law. We survey municipalities bi-annually and do our best to provide you with a current and accurate list, based on their optional responses.
