Building Collapse - Bennington

Bennington, New Hampshire – New Hampshire State Fire Marshal Sean P. Toomey, Bennington Fire Chief David Foster and Bennington Police Chief Jason Lepine announce that two men were injured in a construction accident today, February 10, 2023, in the vicinity of 300 Bible Hill Road. At around 1155 hours a 911 call was received for a building collapse with injury. Emergency personnel found that two construction workers had been injured when wind blew sections of the building down. One of the men had fallen from the second floor while the other was pinned under a fallen wall. The men were transported to hospitals by medical helicopter and are expected to survive.  At this time, the extent and prognosis of their injuries is unknown. Their identities will not be released at this time.
