Toomey, Lincoln Police Chief Chad Morris and Lincoln Fire Chief Ronald Beard announce that an arrest has been made in connection with a fire that occurred on December 9, 2021 at the Lodge at Lincoln Station Condominium Association located at 36 Lodge Rd. in Lincoln.

As a result of the joint investigation, Mark Rosenberg, age 58, of 16 Harley St in Dorchester, MA was arrested on December 13, 2021, on one felony level charge of Arson. He was released on PR bail and his arraignment date is to be determined at the Grafton County Superior Court.

The investigation remains ongoing. The members of the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office, the Lincoln Police Department and the Lincoln Fire Department would like to thank the Littleton Police Department and the Carroll Police Department for their assistance in locating and arresting Mr. Rosenberg.

Fire Marshal Toomey would like to remind our citizens that arson is not a victimless crime, and that any intentionally set fire puts in motion a series of events that significantly jeopardizes both the public and our First Responders safety. Nationwide, intentional set fires cause over 400 deaths, 1,300 injuries, and $1.3 billion dollars in direct property damage annually.

Anyone with additional information is requested to contact the NH State Fire Marshal’s Office – Bureau of Investigations at 603-223-4289.
